"The name of the capital of Solaris is possibly a misspelling of "Etemenanki".
Etemenanki was the name of a great ziggurat in Babylon dedicated to the god Marduk. It was at one time seven stories high, but now it is mostly in ruins.
Etemenanki is thought by some to be the biblical Tower of Babel."
